Details
A four ounce bottle you can spray on your face, your body, or your hair. Kale and mullein grown on our Philadelphia farm, chamomile water, and aloe. Nothing that needs rinsing off.
This is the gentle one in the mist line. Chamomile is quiet and faintly sweet, the same smell as the tea, and the whole thing is made with sensitive skin in mind.
Keep it in your bag, at your desk, or in the fridge if you like it cold. It is the least fussy product we make.
How to use
- Shake. The botanicals settle. Give it a shake before each use.
- Spray. Hold it six to eight inches away, close your eyes, and mist.
- Press or let it dry. Pat it into your skin with clean hands, or just let it air dry.
Use it whenever. After cleansing and before moisturizer, over makeup to knock down a powdery finish, on hair to revive a second-day curl, or mid-afternoon when your face feels like cardboard.
It lives happily in the refrigerator if you want it cold.
What it targets
- The look of redness. Chamomile helps calm the look of redness, which is why this is the one we point sensitive skin toward.
- Dryness through the day. Aloe and glycerin help skin hold onto moisture instead of going tight by mid-afternoon.
- Environmental stress. Kale carries antioxidants that help support the appearance of skin resilience.
- Hair, too. Light enough that it will not weigh curls down, which is why it is a body mist and not just a face mist.
What is inside
- Kale. Grown on our farm and harvested young, when vitamin and antioxidant concentrations are at their highest.
- Mullein. A soft-leafed botanical we grow alongside the kale.
- Chamomile flower water. The scent and the calm. It helps settle the look of redness.
- Aloe and glycerin. The hydration. They are what keeps the mist from just evaporating off and leaving you drier than before.
Full ingredients: Aqua (Distilled Water), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Brassica Oleracea Sabellica (Kale Microgreens) Extract, Verbascum Thapsus (Mullein) Extract, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Lactobacillus & Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract, Sodium Phytate.
Safety
Chamomile and ragweed. Chamomile belongs to the same plant family as ragweed, daisies, and marigolds. If you react to those, patch test carefully or choose another scent.
For external use only. Patch test a small area before the first full use. Close your eyes before you spray, and rinse thoroughly with water if it gets in them. If irritation occurs, stop using it.
Keep the nozzle clean and the cap on. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight, or in the refrigerator. Keep out of reach of children.
