If irritation occurs, please follow these steps:
- Discontinue use immediately.
- Rinse the affected area with cool water or gently cleanse and pat dry.
- Apply a fragrance-free, gentle moisturizer and avoid exfoliants or active treatments for 48 hours.
If symptoms persist, worsen, or include swelling or hives, seek medical advice.
- If product enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and remove contact lenses if possible.
- For sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test prior to full application.
The shelf life varies by product. Most Microglams products have a shelf life ranging from 12 months to 3 years. Please refer to individual packaging for specific expiration information.
Yes. Follow recommended routines for vitamin C, retinol, and sunscreen. Introduce actives gradually for sensitive skin.

Microglams strives to process and ship all orders within one business day. In some cases, processing may take up to two business days.
Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, tracking information will be automatically sent to you via Shopify email notification.
If your order arrives damaged, please go to our contact page immediately. Provide clear photos of both the shipping box and the damaged item so we may assist you promptly.

Returns are accepted within 30 days for eligible items.

Return shipping and processing are complimentary for all exchanges of equal or lesser value.
Refunds: For returns for a refund to the original payment method, a $6.00 processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover return logistics.
Store Credit: If you choose to receive your refund as Microglams Store Credit, the $6.00 processing fee is waived.
